Preliminary figures for the financial year 2005
itelligence AG, leading international full IT service provider in the SAP environment, announced its preliminary Group figures for the fourth quarter and the financial year 2005. In the fourth quarter of 2005, revenues amounted to EUR 40.4 million (Q4 2004: EUR 35.2 million). This is equivalent to a rise in revenues of 14.8%. For 2005 as a whole, itelligence achieved revenues of EUR 139.1 million compared to EUR 131.0 million the previous year – an increase of 6.1%. With this, itelligence clearly exceeded forecast revenue growth.

itelligence AG, one of the leading international full-service IT provider for solutions in the SAP environment, recorded an increase in revenues of 23.4% in the first quarter of the current fiscal year. In the first three months, itelligence generated total revenues of MEUR 37.4, up from MEUR 30.3 in the first quarter of the previous year.

itelligence AG continues positive year
itelligence AG, one of the leading international full-service IT providers for SAP, has presented its final figures for the nine-month period, confirming the positive performance of the year to date. Revenues jumped 18.3% from MEUR 98.7 to MEUR 116.8, while EBIT surged 46.2% after nine months to MEUR 3.8, up from MEUR 2.6 in the same period of the previous year. Orders on hand also continued to rise and amounted to MEUR 109.2 (September 30, 2005: MEUR 100.3 at the end of the quarter).
